We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products (except light bulbs). This warranty covers electrical faults only. In the unlikely event that your light fitting develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or arrange for a replacement to be dispatched on receipt of the faulty fitting and your original Lighting and Lights receipt. We therefore recommend you retain your Lighting And Lights receipt and your credit card receipt for at least 12 months in case you need to contact us for a replacement. Should your light develop a fault within the guarantee period, please contact us on sales@lightingandlights.co.uk before returning the item to us. We test each faulty product and replace or repair, at our discretion, providing the item has not been modified, abused or is simply suffering from wear and tear. In addition to this some of our light fittings come with a manufacturers warranty and this will be clearly shown on packaging or fitting instructions. Some of the more recently introduced LED light fittings have a manufacturers guarantee on the bulbs.
If you are not sure if your fitting is covered by warranty and have your order number or receipt will be able to assist you. Lighting and Lights is unable to repair or replace products that have not been purchased directly from us.
