Downlight Outdoor Lighting
Outdoor lights that point downwards for dark sky conservation areas.
Our dark sky lighting department is dedicated to preserving the natural night environment, reducing light pollution, and promoting energy-efficient, responsible outdoor lighting solutions. We strive to enhance the equality of life for out communities, protect wildlife, and provide opportunities for stargazing and astronomical observation.
These energy efficient lights point downwards or have shielded or hooded designs to support the reduction of unnecessary light spilling into the night sky. Some have motion-activated sensors to cut down on light emissions when it is not needed.
Responsible outdoor lighting plays a vital role in creating a more sustainable, energy efficient, and night sky friendly environment while preserving the beauty and wonder of the natural night sky.
