Broadway American Collection TIFFANY - Collectibles Ceiling Pendant

A gorgeous ceiling pendant in a delicate tulip shape with tiffany style cut glass. The metalwork is finished in imperial bronze which contrasts with the warm buttermilk which is reminiscent of a basket design. At the base of the shade, there are green leaves along with red, burnt orange and pink flowers.   Suspended on cable and chain which can be adjusted at the point of installation to suit most ceiling heights. There is also a pull chain switch suspended from the lamp holder. This looks great in any traditional or vintage setting. 'Tiffany', is the traditional generic name this handcrafted glasswork has become known as. It reflects the time honoured techniques of seaming together of art glass. Flux is mixed with copper to make solder which fuses together the glass panels, the solder is then bronzed to protect and enhance. Truly beautiful sure to be antiques of the 21st century.
