A contemporary ceiling pendant in a rich mocha brown finish with a gold metallic shade inner. 

The gold shade inner ensures a warm glow from your chosen bulb. There is also a diffuser nestled within the shade so you are ensured to have a subtle, atmospheric lighting effect.

DELIVERY - Delivery to most of UK MAINLAND is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over £50.00 (excludes pallet deliveries - see below). For orders under £50.00 to most of UK mainland there is a flat rate charge of £4.80. For Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island and other non mainland addresses with a UK post code delivery is charged at a flat rate of £14.00. We regret that we are unable to deliver outside these geographical locations. When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send an email advising you when to expect your items. If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed an order please let us know as soon as possible - if our courier has not been arranged this may still be possible. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us immediately by writing to sales@lightingandlights.co.uk. If the courier is unable to deliver and items are returned to us, any & all further costs incurred due to re-delivery will be at customers cost.

Pallet Deliveries - this applies to a few of our really large light fittings and chandeliers or large volume orders which cannot be handled by our usual couriers. These pallet deliveries need specialist couriers and delivery is usually charged at £40.00 per pallet to most UK mainland postcodes. For larger pallet deliveries or delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands and other non-mainland postcodes, please contact us before placing an order.

RETURNS - All our products are carefully checked prior to dispatch. Please inspect your items on arrival and if there is any damage, inform us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. After this 48 hour period it is deemed the items have arrived in satisfactory condition. Should there be breakages or damage, and we have been notified within 48 hours, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you on receipt of the damaged item. Photographic evidence may be required for broken items and in some instances it may be possible just to replace a broken glass shade rather than the whole fitting as this will reduce the inconvenience and waiting time.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, or you wish to return the product for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Goods cannot be returned to us after 14 calendar days of receipt and all returns must be notified to us prior to return. Returned items must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and accompanied by the ORIGINAL COPY of the Lighting and Lights RECEIPT and received by us within 14 days of issuing you with your RETURNS NUMBER. The cost of returning unwanted items will be the customers responsibility. Items that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us in good order (unless damage has been notified). We therefore strongly recommend that you retain your proof of posting, in case the parcel gets lost and you need to make a claim from your courier or Royal Mail. Should the returned items be damaged in any way when they are received by us (unless damaged has already been notified) we reserve the right to reduce the refund paid to you.

Our returns policy does not apply to goods purchased on trade terms. Due to the nature of business to business transactions no returns will be accepted.

Lighting And Lights are not liable for any additional costs incurred by delay to electrical work due to late arrival of items, damage, or if a product is found to be faulty. The electrical contractor has not been appointed by us and does not form a part of the sale or service we provide to you.

WARRANTY  We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products (except light bulbs). This warranty covers electrical faults only. In the unlikely event that your light fitting develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or arrange for a replacement to be dispatched on receipt of the faulty fitting and your original Lighting and Lights receipt. We therefore recommend you retain your Lighting And Lights receipt and your credit card receipt for at least 12 months in case you need to contact us for a replacement. Should your light develop a fault within the guarantee period, please contact us on sales@lightingandlights.co.uk before returning the item to us. If your item is covered by warranty we will issue you with a returns number and will only accept returned items that have been issued with a returns number. We test each faulty product and replace or repair, at our discretion, providing the item has not been modified, abused or is simply suffering from wear and tear. In addition to this some of our light fittings come with a manufacturers warranty and this will be clearly shown on packaging or fitting instructions. Some of the more recently introduced LED light fittings have a manufacturers guarantee on the bulbs. If you are not sure if your fitting is covered by warranty and have your order number or receipt will be able to assist you. Lighting and Lights is unable to repair or replace products that have not been purchased directly from us.

Lighting and Lights accept most major credit and debit cards and can accept payment from a PayPal account. We use the trusted secure payment gateway 'Sage Pay'. Sage Pay are recognised as leaders in on-line security and your transaction is 100% secure. Here at Lighting and Lights we are very careful with your personal information. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will not disclose any information we hold about you and your details will not be passed to any third party for marketing or other purposes. For security reasons, none of your credit card details are stored on our systems. However, this does mean that if you wish to add to your order, or we need to amend your payment in any way, we will need to contact you again to take your credit card details.

We may contact you in the future with products, services and social offers that may be of interest to you, or to ask for your opinion about the service you have received. Should you not wish us to contact you in this way, or you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, please contact us on sales@lightingandlights.co.uk  and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
